  First of all let me say this, Lior Shporen, owner of Floors to Frisco, is without doubt the most accomplished professional and customer service oriented contractor with whom I have ever done business. Now a little backstory. When we originally built our home eight years ago we couldn’t afford to have the entire first floor covered in hardwood. We opted to partially cover the first floor and carpet the remainder. Eight years later we found ourselves in a position to complete the job of covering the entire first floor with hardwoods. The first contractor I contacted said the job simply could not be done. I asked if it was a matter of price and he said no that he could not do the job; and he represented a professional flooring company. The second contractor I contacted gave us a price that was to say the least astronomical. And to make matters worse he said that he could not guarantee the outcome. We were so dejected by these two contractors that we decided to forgo the job completely. That is, until we met Lior and invited him over to have a look at the job and perhaps give us a quote. When Lior walked in the door I could tell that he was an individual who knew what he was doing. His confidence immediately inspired my trust. Lior looked at the job and said that it would be difficult but not impossible. He explained in a step-by-step manner exactly how they would approach this job and get it done to my complete satisfaction. He identified all aspects of the original hardwood floor installation and made certain that he would use only the very same materials by grade & color that were already on the floor. He sent me a detailed estimate breaking out the exact cost of materials and labor. He also included a timeline to give us an idea of how long this job would take. We were delighted to see that Lior’s estimate was far lower than what we were expecting. We immediately agreed to his price with the understanding that the job had to meet our exact specifications. Lior said this would not be a problem and guaranteed the outcome. When the work began Lior was on the job each and every day making certain that his crews were installing the floor to his exact specifications. In fact, he was more critical than I was judging they quality of their work. Suffice to say that we are thrilled with the final product. I would defy anyone to tell the difference between the original hardwood floor installation from 8 years ago versus the job Floors to Frisco completed this week. It is an exact match in every way. And now perhaps the most important aspect for last: Lior followed through on each and every promise he made. He never offered an excuse for any delay or change order (there were none) as is often the case from less reliable contractors. He was dedicated to our complete satisfaction and saw to it that his crews treated this job as if it was the most important job he's ever done. I would recommend Floors to Frisco without hesitation. Lior and Floors to Frisco has my highest recommendation.
